CUSTOMER SERVICE PARKING MARSHAL

Horizon Parking are looking for helpful and friendly Customer Sevice Parking Marshals to assist us with relaying new information relating to the Car Park at The Mercury Centre. These are temporary roles for 8 days, no experience is needed, and training will be provided.

Job Title: Customer Service Parking Marshal

Location: THE MERCURY CENTRE, ROMFORD

Dates required: (Please ONLY apply if you are available for ALL shifts)

• Saturday 1st February (8am – 3pm or 3pm – 10pm)
• Sunday 2nd February (8am – 3pm or 3pm – 10pm)
• Monday 3rd February (8am – 3pm or 3pm – 10pm)
• Tuesday 4th February (8am – 3pm or 3pm – 10pm)
• Wednesday 5th February (8am – 3pm or 3pm – 10pm)
• Thursday 6th February (8am – 3pm or 3pm – 10pm)
• Friday 7th February (8am – 3pm or 3pm – 10pm)
• Saturday 8th February (8am – 3pm or 3pm – 10pm)

Rate of pay: £11.44 per hour

Due to a change of provision within the car park, you will be interacting with customers and explaining how the new payment system works. You therefore must be comfortable in engaging in conversation and happy to help & support where necessary.

Given the nature of the role, and the fact that you will be working outside in all weather, you must wear a white shirt, black skirt / trousers, and black shoes. You will be provided with a warm hi-vis jacket, hat and any other necessary equipment.
