Hi, My name is Mark, and I am the Senior Team Leader for the Southeast and London North, and I am excited to share my experience at Horizon Parking, where I joined as a Mobile Patrol Officer in March 2022. Although I had no prior experience in the industry, Horizon saw my potential and provided me with the training and support necessary to thrive. Thanks to this encouragement, I was promoted to Senior Team Leader in August 2022.
I truly enjoy the diversity of my role, as each day brings new challenges and experiences. I’m honoured to be recognized as a go-to person for training colleagues, including those from Head Office and new Senior Team Leaders. Our outstanding in-house training platform ensures that all team members have ample opportunities for growth and development within the company.
