I joined Horizon Parking in March 2022 as a Mobile Patrol Officer with no prior experience in the industry. Thanks to Horizon’s commitment to recognizing potential and providing comprehensive training and support, I was promoted to Senior Team Leader in August 2022.
What I love most about my role is the variety it offers—each day brings new challenges and opportunities. I take pride in being a trusted resource for training colleagues, including those from Head Office and newly appointed Senior Team Leaders. Our in-house training platform is truly exceptional, offering all team members the chance to grow and develop within the company.
