Appeal Evidence Information

Blue badge

Please submit your representations and a copy of the front and back of your valid blue badge.

Store employee

Please inform your store manager that you have received a Parking Charge who will then be able to contact us and request a cancellation of the Parking Charge. Please note that this is at the discretion of the store manager.

Contractor, engineer or site visitor

Please contact the store customer services team and inform them that you have received a Parking Charge. The store will then be able to contact us and request a cancellation of the Parking Charge if they consider it appropriate.

Shopping at the time

Please provide any documentary evidence, such as store receipts, loyalty card statement, bank statement for the date the Parking Charge was incurred, which you feel may support your appeal.

Valid permit holder

Please provide any documentary evidence such as an image or screenshot of your permit which you feel may support your appeal.

Paid to park or booked a space through our website or app

Please provide any documentary evidence such as a copy of your payment receipt, your booking confirmation which shows the vehicle registration you booked for or any other evidence which you feel may support your appeal.
