What are we looking for?

– An ambitious & self motivated person, who is driven to excel and work as a Recruitment & Training Co-ordinator, to work from our office in Orrell, Wigan

– Ideally, coming from a Recruitment background and looking to develop & grow your existing knowledge by taking the next step in your career, in a non agency environment

– Someone who is able to work with minimal supervision, efficiently schedule and manage their time well.

– Able to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday – with Friday’s worked from home

What will we expect in return?

You will be reporting to the Group Recruitment Manager and will be responsible for carrying out the following duties…

  • Creation and advertising of job adverts on the BroadBean platform in line with recruitment requests made.
  • Ensuring all vacancies are promoted internally via the Yammer platform.
  • Conducting CV sifting for all mobile, static or marshalling patrol officer vacancies and / or other positions allocated by the Group Recruitment Manager.
  • Conducting first stage telephone interviews for all mobile, static or marshalling patrol officer vacancies and / or other positions allocated by the Group Recruitment Manager.
  • Actively advertising vacancies as instructed on social media platforms.
  • Supporting with the Xmas Marshalling project (dedicated to recruitment from Mid Nov to 24th Dec each year).
  • Completion of weekly Recruitment Report for the Group Operations & HR Director, and other reports as requested.
  • Ensuring completion of Application Form and management correspondence for all vacancies under their remit.
  • Ensuring appropriate Induction and Onboarding takes place with management once a successful offer has been made.
  • Training course administration, i.e. booking courses, accommodation and materials etc for all courses instructed by the Group HR & Training Advisor.
  • Creation and sign off of Training Agreements for all courses over the value of £100.
  • Record all training on the Mitrefinch system and produce training reports as requested.
  • Upkeep for all Training Matrices to show training complete vs training required and / or completed.
  • Any other lawful instruction.
