What are we looking for?

– A reliable and trustworthy Customer Support Administrator, capable of delivering excellent customer service and support

– Someone dedicated to working 37.5 hours a week from our Liverpool Office (Kirkby based)

What will we expect in return?

  • Providing a supportive role across the Permits and Sale of Spaces departments.
  • Answering the phones or redirecting calls.
  • Overall responsibility for multiple inboxes and ticketing portal.
  • Prioritise the workload to ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • Data entry and record keeping to the highest standards.
  • Making outbound calls to follow up on sales opportunities
  • Various ad hoc responsibilities as and when required to support the wider departments.

What do we need from you?

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise, manage time and work well under pressure.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to make decisions based on evidence provided.
  • Calm and helpful attitude.
  • Ability to multitask is a must
  • Following company processes throughout each of the roles.
  • Computer literate, proficient with all the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook)
